One of the best ambassadors of Adana's kebab in Istanbul. However, with its modest decor, the place does not look like much. Mezzés are not extraordinary but they are prepared with care. If you are fond of offal, this place is for you. But what makes this restaurant famous is Adana kebab, served on the plate, perfectly cooked and accompanied by lavaş (wrap), peppers, tomatoes and parsley. A good Adana kebab should crumble under the range and this is the case here. Choice of rakı, beers and wines as an accompaniment.
