This hotel near the Sokullu Mehmet Paşa Mosque is an Ottoman house dating from 1850 (approx.). Before it was a hotel, it was the home of the imam of the Blue Mosque. This establishment was one of the forerunners of hotel development in this quiet district. The Ottoman lounge at the entrance is a success, as is the breakfast room, very warm with its wood panelling. There's also a lovely terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The 22 rooms are simple, bright and pleasant (the suites have more character).
