It is difficult to describe this atypical place which, as its name indicates, is a mixture between the workshop and the coffee, all in a hangar. The decoration does not exist anywhere else and the service is extremely warm. We will stop there during a tour in the districts of Balat and Fener recently become the place to be for Cihangir's tired Turkish coils. Comforting desserts, music as original as decoding or new encounters may encourage you to stay longer for dinner.
