The 11th edition of this festival took place in 2023. The aim of this event is to support the young generation of filmmakers, whether Turkish or of other nationalities, and then to distribute their films both in Turkey and internationally. At the end of the festival, the jury awards several prizes (best screenplay, best male and female actor, best director, etc.). The films are screened in several cinemas, mainly in Beyoğlu and Kadıköy.
