The Bolulu Habib Bey mansion, better known as the Bulgur Palas, is the epitome of early 20th-century Istanbul architecture. Nicknamed "Bulgur Palas" after its owner, a grain magnate who became known as the "King of Bulgur", this historic gem was acquired by the Istanbul municipality in 2021. After a carefully orchestrated restoration, the mansion is being reinvented as a unique living space, dedicated to art and culture, where past and modernity meet in perfect harmony.
