The last-born of Istanbul museums, in the cultural park of the Topkapı district, near the walls, recounts the battle of 1453: the conquest of Istanbul by Mehmet the Conqueror. Information panels are only in Turkish and foreigners are invited to borrow a Audioguide (in English for the moment). The highlight of the show is the dome in which the battlefield is reconstituted. The Turks love, we less!
