Unlike the Péra market, this one is all fish. It can be interesting to see the different varieties sold at the fish auction. Nearby, inside the ramparts, a series of restaurants is set up around a few pedestrian streets. Original practice: addresses such as Küçük Liman, Havuzbaşı or Beyaz agree to prepare the fish you've just bought yourself. All you pay for is the cooking and the salad.
