It's impossible to miss the halka tatlısı, this delicious ring-shaped dessert, and if it's just fried and still warm, it's even better! For pistachio lovers, katmer is a tasty pancake, both crispy and melt-in-the-mouth, topped with powdered or crushed pistachios. On the other hand, you won't necessarily find the best baklava here.
