The Vago Restaurant, nestled in the RYS hotel, is one of the most luxurious in the city. Its rooftop terrace overlooks the city and the superb view looks directly onto the Bulgarian coast. At night, you can admire the lights of Edirne while sipping a cocktail or a glass of wine. Inside, the design decoration is warm. The cuisine is fine and more elaborate than elsewhere in the city, so it's a bit more expensive. On the menu, Turkish specialties mix or merge with the classics of international cuisine. Nice wine list
