This restaurant is nationally known because the Iskender Kebap was invented here in 1867. The setting is typical and chic with stained glass, tiles and wood. On the menu: a single dish. The only exception is the spesyal. You only have to specify the size of your portion: one (bir) or one and a half (bir buçuk). If you want to taste the specialty of the city of Bursa, you are at the right place! There are a dozen other places with the same name all over the city. Special mention should be made of the Koza Han restaurant where you can eat under a vault.
