In a restored traditional house, Erkal Zinger offers well-chosen specialities: mantı, pancakes, uy, mezze, ızgara, fish. The evening menus are different and more expensive than during the day. Refined decor, the rooms also serve as a museum, and the view over the city is magnificent. Shame on a tourist place!
