Since then, with his team, he still takes as much pleasure in offering his lamb and poultry from the Bourbonnais, his pork from the Combrailles and his favorite, the Fleur d'Aubrac, a beef that is as melting as it is tasty. A wide range of products is available to customers. The cold buffet and the regional specialties make the reputation of the company. The animals are selected and raised in the tradition. The house also offers take-away meals, perfect for enjoying a quick, quality meal.
