This Alsatian chef and restaurateur will treat you to regional and country dishes full of flavour. But the most surprising thing here is the family distillery which uses local products to make its brandies of alisier, holly, elderberry or rosehip. Special mention to the Saveur de Bière, which goes wonderfully well with a good flambéed munster!
