The Sahip Ata Camii belongs to a monastic complex of dervishes dating from the 13th century, which consists of the mosque with its remarkable carved portal, a turbe, a convent with walls partially covered with earthenware tiles and a hammam. Erected during the reign of Alaeddin Keykavus, the mosque was devastated by fire in 1871 before being rebuilt in the 13th-century Seljuq style. Note its superb stone, brick and ceramic minaret. Adjacent, the Sahip Ata vakıf Müzesi exhibits a nice collection of religious objects.
