This Seljuk caravanserai of 1232 was built by Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad to facilitate the itinerant life of traders who travelled from Konya to Antalya. Located on the banks of the turquoise Alara River, it is overlooked by a fortress of the same period from which you have a splendid panorama of the region.
To get there, take a flashlight as access is via a tunnel of 120 steps and a steep path follows (count one hour). In the fortress, the ruins of a kiosk and a hammam.
