Excellent value for money cuisine in a restaurant in Le Mont-Dore.

You'll find this inn halfway between Lac du Guéry and Le Mont-Dore. You'll be welcomed into a mountain setting worthy of a chalet. Customized local dishes and traditional French cuisine await you. Scallops, grilled beef fillet with morel mushroom sauce, braised pork cheeks, grilled ribeye with green pepper sauce, and cheeses... The spotlight is on Auvergne products. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the flavors delightful. The restaurant can accommodate up to 30 people, so please make a reservation.

Hôtes charmants. Depuis la chambre vue magnifique sur le Sancy. Cuisine excellente faite à partir de produits frais tel que l'omble chevalier. Décoration typique de l'auberge de montagne. Je recommande le gîte et le couvert.

Dernier jours de vacances et direction cette petite auberge sur les hauteurs du Mont Dore. Cadre sobre et montagnard, spécialités locales comme l'omble chevalier et la truffade. Entrées plat dessert goûteux et plein de saveurs. Petite mais charmante. N'oubliez de réserver!

Hum ! la Golmotte et ses ombles chevaliers farçis !!!! un déééélice ! j'y ai fêté mes 50 ans et franchement je ne peux que conseiller cette auberge, sise, qui plus est, au coeur de notre beau massif du Sancy. Il y a même une ou deux chambres pour ceux qui voudraient y faire un court séjour. Attention l'auberge est fermée en hiver. Le chef est un passionné.... Alors un conseil : faites le détour...
