An indoor swimming pool with jets at 28°C, a spa area, lounges, a cosy decor and a large fireplace welcome guests who are delighted with the welcome. The meals, served in the restaurant named La Table des Ours, deserve no comparison. The lips curl up without hesitation in front of the superbly cooked regional cuisine and the list of succulent desserts that follow.

Le Puy Ferrand est bien placé au pied du Sancy. Le cadre est très agréable.
Les chambres situées côté façade d'accueil sont équipés d'un petit balcon avec vue sur le Puy du Sancy.
Les chambres sont bien, et c'est propre.
Par contre, c'est un rideau qui fait la séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre, on ne peut pas fermer à clef.
L'hôtel est équipé d'une petite piscine, d'un sauna et d'une petite salle de musculation.
L'accueil à la réception pourrait être améliorer.
La connexion wifi est moyenne.
