CAPUCHIN FUNICULAR
An old funicular built in 1898 climbing 250 metres to an altitude of 1,250 metres with panoramic views.
It is quite simply the oldest electric funicular in France and, despite its old age, it continues to climb its 250-metre height difference. Built in 1898 and classified as a Historic Monument, this witness of the Belle Époque climbs to the Salon du Capucin, at an altitude of 1,250 m. You will appreciate the panoramic view of the Capucin peak. At the top, you can go on beautiful hikes: the Chemin des Mille Gouttes, the Chemin des Médecins, the Chemin des Artistes. You will also be able to treat yourself and warm up at the Salon du Capucin, or admire the view!
