This restaurant has been cooking fish for 90 years. It is therefore extremely well known. It's easy to spot it, Hilmi opens onto a terrace with white and blue tables and chairs. You start by choosing your mezzes displayed in the window. This is the most difficult moment as the proposals are so tempting but the waiters will know how to advise you. You can also choose your fish on one of the market stalls and have it cooked. The evenings often end late, with alcohol (rakı) and songs (live music). Nice atmosphere.
