Going down the river, on the right, a series of 4th century temple-like tombs, carved out of the steep rock, overlook the water. To get to the site, you have to walk about fifteen minutes from where you drop the boat off. After passing the excavation field, the thermal baths and a small Byzantine church, you will reach the fairly well-preserved theatre, from where you can enjoy an admirable view. Entrance to the site is subject to a fee.

I was very impressed to discover the rock its frescoes and tombs. It was a beautiful discovery down the river by boat to the beach from Dalyan. The visit of these tombs can also be done on foot.
