It's hard to miss this imposing hotel-restaurant, perched on the hillside, facing the lake. You will be seated in a large dining room with 60 seats, surrounded by picture windows overlooking the lake. As soon as the weather allows it, the shaded panoramic terrace is open. In the kitchen, Michel Chomilier works with local products and recipes, and cooks according to the seasons. Most of the vegetables come from the garden adjoining the hotel. The meat is exclusively of French origin, much of it from the Auvergne or the Limousin.
