In a natural arena a few kilometers from the ancient site of Ephesus, the camels fight each other, without too much hardship. The fights last until the strongest one knocks down the weakest. In case the fighting camels are too stubborn to give in, the organizers separate them so that the animals are safe. Around them, the spectators enjoy their barbecues(mangal) and have fun. These camel fights originated in Anatolia thousands of years ago.
