Important Ionian city of the century, homeland of the poet Anacréon and center of the cult of Dionysus. In a bucolic site you can see the ruins of a temple of Dionysus, built in the iith century by the famous architect Hermogene. If you're in the corner, otherwise excavations still need to be done. Nature surrounds its place, it makes the site interesting.

Petit site très peu connu, mais qui reste malgré tout agréable à visiter. Son théâtre est très bien conservé.

On prend plaisir à marcher à travers la campagne pour aller de monument en monument; en effet, ll faut mieux prévoir de bonnes chaussures.

A éviter en été, sous de fortes chaleurs, il y a très peu de zones d'ombre.
