This building that used to make olive oil for over a century was converted into a charming hotel about ten years ago. Located in the heart of Ayvalık, the hotel offers a fantastic panoramic view of the azure waters of the Aegean Sea. If you don't stay overnight, go to the restaurant for dinner: you will remember for a long time this romantic meal taken on the beautiful pier with its incredible view. The rooms have been perfectly renovated, combining the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. A nice address that you should book early.
