THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
This town hall is imposing! The building came out of land in 1664 under the impetus of Jean Ribeyre, seigneur of Fontenilles and Lezoux, and housed the convent of the nuns of Saint Augustine. In the Revolution, the monks were driven away. In 1865, the nave was unfortunately demolished in order to widen the road. On the square next to the town hall you can admire a fountain, carved by a faire artist: Jean Chauchard, as well as the Victory monument and square Lopik, the name of the small town of Holland with which Lezoux has been twinned since 1956.
