Kaymaklar House is a renovated old konak, now used to show the reality of life in Ottoman villages in the past. The building serves as a kind of ethnographic museum. The house alone is worth the trip. The stagings in the house are also interesting. On arrival, the 10-minute video gives you a very enriching insight into the history of Safranbolu and is available in a French version. If you want to discover more about the town, this is the perfect place.
