This small museum is housed in a beautiful renovated Ottoman building, hidden behind the tourist office. It shows moments of life of the inhabitants of the region and of the Laze community in particular. Indeed, Rize concentrates many Laze. We can see mannequins dressed in typical traditional costumes as well as entire rooms reconstructed: a kitchen, a weaving workshop, a bedroom, a room with musical instruments... Rather interesting and enlightening on the way of life, the habits and the customs of the region.
