A table very appreciated by the residents in particular. Pleasant decoration with its fireplace in winter and its garden for the beautiful days. One comes especially for the cheese specialties (real raclette with half a wheel of Antsirabe!), but also for its well-prepared dishes: beef bourguignon, Alsatian flammekueche, veal blanquette, duck leg confit, zebu filet with flamed shallots. To share: chop on the bone 1,5 kg, ribs 1 kg... The menu changes according to the season and the market. A real bonus: the wines of the Auzias estate on the menu.

Le haut du pavé à Tana
Excellent, inventif et cuisine remarquable. Belle ambiance et belle déco. Tout est à conseiller, il faut y retourner plusieurs fois pour se faire une vraie idée de l'étendue des qualités de ce restaurant nettement au dessus des autres à Tana pour ceux que je connais, c'est à dire la plupart. Des prix très corrects en plus. Service bien ce qui est rare ici, tout en étant très sympa, décontracté mais dans une ambiance de vrai restaurant et non pas de gargote améliorée.

Bon resto sympa ou j'ai découvert des plats à base des fromages venant d'Antsirabe. J'ai pu rencontrer pas mal de locaux qui apprécient cet endroit car les plats y sont assez bien cuisinés. J'y retournerai c'est certain!
