From the terrace of the restaurant of the Palissandre hotel & spa, we overlook the city: a superb setting, both by day and by night. Very good cuisine proposed by a passionate and creative Malagasy chef, both for local and French specialties, the dishes are original and well presented: skate wing, octopus and mung peas, gourmet duo of goose, roasted piglet press, roasted duckling fillet with shellfish butter. For dessert, Manjary chocolate cube with pok-pok heart, citrus-ginger feuillantine... A good address.

Very nice restaurant in a beautiful setting day (on the terrace overlooking Tana) including night in beautiful interior and class. Very discreet and efficient good table service and elaborate and creative dishes.
