It is in the beautiful setting of the historic garden of Andohalo that the chef Henintsoa Moretti has installed her restaurant. This woman overflowing with energy and desire to share her passion travels throughout the country to find the recipes of yesteryear and revisits them. It is thus a traditional Malagasy cuisine that she and her team present to us. The plates are refined and all the dishes are really tasty. The reception is neat, the interior room pleasant and the garden a real paradise. One of our most beautiful Malagasy gastronomic experiences.
