Le Marais is an ode to the luxury culinary world. Launched in 2019 by food and caviar enthusiasts, the restaurant boasts an ultra-chic setting on the top floor of a building and offers high-flying cuisine. Excellence, technicality and creativity make the success of the place. All the dishes are concocted on the spot from selected fresh products. You will be invited into the kitchen (surrounded by bay windows) to discover the know-how of a perfectly trained team. The caviar is here in the honor and the choice of the wines admirable. We recommend it!

C’est pas un restaurant, c’est en voyage culinaire, un endroit féerique qui tape dans le perfectionnisme
A very exceptional place, where creation is all that matters. Every time again, you are in for a very pleasant surprise, flavors that you’ve never tasted before, and the presentation that makes you want to pull out your camera, When the bill comes, you think they made a mistake, like a zero missing.. As I mentioned before, I considered the Marais to be an art restaurant.

Des créations avec des mélanges et saveurs uniques, mais aussi des classiques pour tous les goûts. Les présentations sont soignées et le personnel attentif. Un régal de la mise en bouche au dessert.

Simplement exceptionnel
Un cadre moderne donnant sur une grande cuisine ouverte. Le chef Lalaina Ravelomanana a su créer et renouveler régulièrement une carte avec des produits d’exception et des plats aussi beaux que bons. Une grande créativité associée à une approche traditionnelle. Le caviar de Madagascar y est a l’honneur et c’est tant mieux , il se déguste aussi bien nature ou dans un mets . Le personnel est toujours souriant et vigilant pour répondre à la moindre demande. Bref, simplement exceptionnel.
