The market of Isotry is undoubtedly one of the most popular of Tana. It is also one of the oldest, since it was "born" in 1938! It was called "Tsena sabotsy" (Saturday market). It is divided into several areas: fabric market, fruit market (especially from the east coast), fish market (small smoked shrimps, salted fishes...), and some handicrafts (especially based on recuperation and natural fibers). Quite calm, but a certain caution is required. This is also the place where you will be able to find possible stolen objects!
