CHAZERON CASTLE
This castle is anchored in contemporary history following the internment of Blum, Daladier, Raynaud, Gamelin and Mendel.
The castle was built in the 11th century, on the site of an ancient Gallic oppidum. Equipped with a keep and corner towers, the architecture is remarkable. King Louis XIV would have stopped there. The castle is also anchored in contemporary history with the internment in 1940 of Blum, Daladier, Raynaud, Gamelin and Mandel, while awaiting their trial which will take place in Riom. Treasure hunts for adults and children, animal hunts and guided tours allow you to discover the place. Some rooms of the castle can be rented for events.

C'est dommage que l'accueil et le comportement de la propriétaire soient si peu agréables...
De plus, manque d'entretien : fenêtres cassées, tenant avec du scotch, WC bouchés, problème d'odeur, pas d'eau chaude du week-end (peu pratique pour le traiteur)... Manque également de propreté.
Faites attention si vous vous y rendez la nuit, regardez où vous mettez les pieds, deux personnes âgées ont chuté dans les escaliers, un enfant a fini aux urgences avec trois points de suture au niveau de la tête.
