The Whale Festival in Sainte-Marie, which will last until July 16 th, started on the wheels on the wheel. First, he was warmly opened by Roland Ratsiraka, the Minister of Tourism, who is also a partner of the event. A parade later took place under the sun and was illuminated by the funny ladies who were present among the crowd. The animations of the festival, took place as planned and even better than that. As the aim is awareness-raising, a fresco has been set up and represents the consequences of pollution on whales. It was done by Fabrice and promises to succeed. Although the festival has just begun it is fully successful and the lever of openness proves it: success was international and it is only the beginning.
