Reasonable rates I stayed in standard room with bathroom for 35000. WiFi didn't work in my room but sat on balcony all was good until power cuts. Water pressure very low almost non existent. Breakfast not included. My room had been booked they told me so after 4 days I would have to change rooms. Night before they told me I could move into a certain room but on the day not available all rooms full. So after 4 days I have to move totally inefficient in there procedure. Better deal is the Royal Sava Hotel 50m away.

Hôtel bon marché, le rapport qualité-prix est bon, l'hôtel est situé pas loin de la route principale.
Comptez entre 7 et 13 euros soit de 30000 ar à 55000 ar pour une nuit (12 euros étant le prix pour une chambre familiale).

Un point négatif, il y a un peu de bruit venant de l'extérieur.

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude.

Hôtel de structure simple mais idéal pour vivre à la gasy avec un minimum de facilités sanitaires. Vaut le détour pour visiter la région en s'imprégnant de la culture locale. Prix bas.

Local hotel of very good category, the welcome is very warm. Room rates ranging from 15,000 to 40,000 Ariary. All rooms have toilets and showers. The annex being back that is quieter, and there is also a tv room with a channel canal sat of broadcast.
The Tourist Office of the SAVA is 80 measure hotel and the beach is 400 measure.
The staff and management are good advice.
It is better to have a room because the hotel is often full.

Hôtel local de bonne catégorie, on s'y sent bien tout de suite, car l'accueil est chaleureux. A Madagascar la plupart des structures sont petites et simples mais le personnel malgache fait tout pour vous sentir comme chez soi. Cuisine gasy excellente

Two buildings: Le Florencia hotel right on the roadside, cheap (20000 - 30000 rear without significant difference in quality) but dark and las linen, however it is clean. Avoid if you are allergic to dark and noisy place (road, just off sects). Prefer Florencia Annexe, not very far, spacious and bright rooms with large windows with shutters (but no gates) in a lively neighbourhood. The staff is welcoming, garden below. Good destination if you do not want a quiet location. Fan, TV, mosquito net. Room with D 30000 rear, triple to 35000. Near Southern bus station, and not far from the beach.
