The city centre and the amphitheatre live in the time of the ancient Romans. Daily activities staged in period costumes.
With its numerous Roman vestiges and, especially, its amphitheater, Pula could not help but live again in the Roman way all year long. The highlight of these annual events in the prestigious setting of the arena, the Pula Superiorum with its procession of fights and gladiatorial combat. For a few days, the city center and the amphitheater celebrate Antiquity, with circus games but also period music, dance, cooking and other daily practices, staged with actors and animators in Roman costumes.
