Opening in 2022, the restaurant is the talk of the town. Already, its location on the riva (next to the university) has great potential at sunset. The formula is quite unusual, since it's a true vegan restaurant (the first in Zadar!) with a gastronomic trend that's right up to date with the times. With legumes, seeds, cereals and vegetables, there's a lot to do here. The meat substitutes, particularly in the burgers, are astonishing. Creativity is the order of the day, both in the dishes and in the cocktails, with or without alcohol. Reservations recommended.

Ein fantastisches Geschmackserlebnis. Wir waren an Sylvester hier und hatten die Tomatensuppe, den gegrillten Fenchel und den Pilz als Vorspeisen. Es war absolut empfehlenswert. Als Hauptspeise gab es das Gulasch, Gnocchi und den Burger. Wir sind restlos überzeugt und werden definitiv wieder kommen, wenn es uns nochmal nach Zadar verschlägt. Wir sind übrigens weder Veganer noch Vegetarier. Wir lieben einfach sehr gutes Essen. Und wer das mag, ist hier am richtigen Platz.

One of the best dining experiences of my life! So good that we came back a second time. All plant-based restaurant with over the top delicious food, Friendly service, live music and a lovely view Adriatic.

Gorgeous plating and taste pallets. Meat replacers are identical to real meat in every aspect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Zadar even if you are not vegan. The Botanist gave me hope for the future of dining.

View was absolutely amazing. Service was excellent have Croatian and English menu which is nice. And food of course was great even impressed my non vegan Croatian boyfriend.
