Le credo de cet établissement hybride : une cuisine saine, locale, à base d'huile d'olive dalmate évidemment ! On y vient pour le petit-déjeuner (mention spéciale pour le granola), pour un déjeuner gourmand, un apéro avec de belles planches autour d'un verre de vin, ou encore le dîner. Au menu : tagliata de bœuf, risotto à l'encre de seiche, joues de bœuf à la polenta… Une adresse à ne pas manquer.
