Ne pas se laisser rebuter par l'aspect extérieur peu accueillant de l'immeuble, l'entrée de la location se trouve dans une cour intérieure avec parking entièrement sécurisé.
Les chambres sont impeccables et confortables. Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique.

Hoewel het er van buiten best shady uit ziet, is het van binnen prachtig. Er is moeite gestoken in hoe de kamers eruit zien. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er, koffie, thee, shampoo. Alleen geen eten, maar in de honderden winkeltjes op loopafstand is dat snel opgelost. Eigenaar ook erg vriendelijk, hielp met een taxi te regelen voor de terugweg en gaf ons goede suggesties voor waar we konden eten. Wees niet geïntimideerd door hoe het er van buiten uitziet, het zijn erg mooie kamers op een mooie locatie in Split, vlakbij het historisch centrum en op loopafstand van de boulevard.
