The name indicates the trend of this restaurant opened in 2018 on the heights of the port. Dario Kozul, the owner, has surrounded himself with a young team to offer organic vegetarian cuisine. The local island produce comes from Brač and Hvar, is varied according to the season and delivered by small local farmers. A virtuous approach to healthy dishes: full salads, bowls, wraps, vegan burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, vegetable gnocchi, desserts, lactose-free ice creams and smoothies. The view on the harbour is great and the ambiente is very cosy for a warm summer night. The service was better than anywhere else and the waiters seem very kind and helpful. They put much effort into making it as comfortable as possible for us! Thank you for the great night we will come again!☺️
