The name indicates the trend of this restaurant opened in 2018 on the heights of the port. Dario Kozul, the owner, has surrounded himself with a young team to offer organic vegetarian cuisine. The local island produce comes from Brač and Hvar, is varied according to the season and delivered by small local farmers. A virtuous approach to healthy dishes: full salads, bowls, wraps, vegan burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, vegetable gnocchi, desserts, lactose-free ice creams and smoothies. The food was incredible and the service was really good - all of the staff were lovely. Portion sizes were a really good size and the atmosphere was beautiful, the view was stunning. Definitely would dine here again, it was amazing, the highlight of our trip to Bol. Also plenty of gluten free and other dietary options

Sehr schönes Restaurant im Zentrum von Bol mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ich habe auf Empfehlung der Kellnerin die Trüffel Gnocchi bestellt. Diese haben sehr gut geschmeckt und würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Mein Mann hatte den Biomani Burger, welcher auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat und die Portion war auf jeden Fall groß genug :)

Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen! :)

Eine besondere location mit tollem Konzept (organic und plant based), super freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiter.
