A new residential area has sprung up, well away from the hustle and bustle of the center and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The Petranić family's large house is well organized for welcoming tourists. On the first floor live the owners, welcoming and discreet, and on the upper floors are the seasonal rentals, studios furnished with all the necessary comforts (balcony, air conditioning, kitchenette, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection). The garden features a small swimming pool and a pleasant barbecue area.
