Philipp and his partners run one of the most charming and innovative wineries in the region, perched on a hilltop at the foot of the vineyards. Here, they produce small quantities (7,000 liters per year) and use the latest techniques to reduce tannins, for example. The tasting takes place in a country-style dining room and is accompanied by fresh cheese seasoned with organic olive oil. It is also possible to organize the tasting in French, to be agreed in advance by e-mail or telephone.
