HŽ (HRVATSKE ŽELJEZNICE)
The Croatian railway network does not serve Dubrovnik. Trains from Zagreb stop in Split, then you have to continue by bus. Ploče station, though connected to Split, is not always served, and the Ploče-Sarajevo line no longer exists, with Bosnian trains stopping at Čapljina (the Bosnian side of the border with Croatia). In the past, a railway line existed between Čapljina and Dubrovnik. Today, the rails have been transformed into a bicycle path. Check the website of the Croatian Railway Company for information.
