This oyster-farming family in Ston is a sure bet for sushi, all served below Fort St. John.
Restaurant quite difficult to find! Near the church of Saints-Come-and-Damien (Crkva sv. Kuzma i Damijan), it is located below the fort Saint-Jean, in an alley which passes under arcades and leads to the maritime museum. The place is charming, with its tables well seated on the platform. Bota Šare was one of the first in Dubrovnik to offer its version of Japanese cuisine. It prepares maki, futomaki, sushi, sashimi, nigiri and other Californian rolls, as well as tuna carpaccios or teriyaki, or the famous Mali Ston oysters.
