The food is good but it’s not exceptional. You pay for the location and in all honesty, that’s not good enough to balance it out.
Food wise, it was fresh and was well cooked in terms of timing to get the perfect consistency, but the sea bass was kind of bland and the trio starter was so small vs. the price and again, nothing special. As someone who works in the seafood industry, I was disappointed by the price when I consider just how great seafood can be served for a fraction of the price. That’s why I know you’re paying for the location and experience, but when I go for dinner, food is the key driver of my enjoyment

This dish was a testament to the chef's skill in transforming simple ingredients into a creation that was both innovative and deeply satisfying.The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the amazing red snapper. Sourced directly from the clear waters of the Adriatic, the snapper was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The fish was cooked to flaky perfection, its delicate flesh yielding effortlessly to the fork, each bite a symphony of sea-infused goodness. The accompanying garnishes only served to elevate the snapper's intrinsic flavors, showcasing the chef's ability to balance complexity and simplicity in a single dish.No culinary voyage at Nautika would be complete without indulging in their hazelnut dessert. Henry (ique) was amazing. He made our experience very special. He was knowledgeable and attentive without being too intrusive. His food recommendations were perfect. The rest of the staff was also great.

There was a moment during the meal where my girlfriend and I did not speak so that we could collectively enjoy the food. Highly recommend the foie gras, the traditional cheesecake and the tortellini.

We cannot wait to return and listen to the waves crash and watch the sunset return.

A tip to management : you should not allow children under the age of 5 to dine here during dinner service.

Great atmosphere

atmosphere 10/10 as was the food! we were seated overlooking the water during sunset and it was stunning and so peaceful. everyone who took care of us was so kind (they even brought me a blanket once it got chilly) — Henry (sp) was exceptional as our waiter. They even gave us an extra serving of our cocktail when they first brought it out. would highly recommend if looking for a special dining experience in Dubrovnik!

On the pricier side, but the food and service is amazing. The view is gorgeous and they make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Many thanks, Ante???? the server for being so amazing

Fantastisch, lecker mit tollem Ausblick. Angekommen und ohne Reservierung das Glück gehabt, in erster Reihe einen Tisch zu ergattern. Funktioniert wahrscheinlich aber auch nur im März. Egal, die Pizza ist sehr zu empfehlen und egal wer bedient, freundlich, zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder und zahle für soviel positives gerne 3,50 mehr ????

Great food with an even better view! Sat outside in the peak of summer but they had fans and shade from the sun to help keep people cool. Amazing service and a great experience overall!

The Michelin restaurant serve delicous foods. It is located at the most beautiful place in Dubrovnik where to observe sunset.

What a place. It's one of my favourite spots so far. If you're looking for a fine dining culinary experience in Dubrovnik.. look no further! It's very pricey but definitely worth every penny. The service was top-notch, everyone was so friendly it made me want to come back again! The wait staff made sure we were happy with where we were sitting, the food choices, and always went the extra mile to make sure our dinner was everything we were expecting. On a less breezy day, I recommend sitting by the water outside. We weren't as lucky, so they sat us upstairs on the terrace, which was equally as nice! Next time :)

A superb dining experiance. We where lucky enough to get a table. The service is white glove beyond expecation. Food is excapation. Our waiter selected our wines very well. A great dining location. The pianoist even played the GOT theme music.

Atmosfera incredibile, la vista è sublime, il servizio impeccabile. Ho provato uno dei due menù degustazione e l'ho trovato molto buono, purtroppo però il secondo non era proprio di mio gradimento. Il cameriere si era offerto di portarmi altro (gentilissimo) ma ho cortesemente rifiutato. Comunque l'esperienza in sé merita tutte e 5 le stelle, perché il resto del menù era spaziale.

2nd October 2023 - AMAZING restaurant and memorable experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door we were given 5 star treatment until the end of our visit. I did book several months early before to secure a table on the terrace for the sensational view. I am so glad I did this as it was spectacular.
The food was a whole other experience. The flavours and textures were fantastic, and the service from the staff was first class. Whilst it is a little expensive, this restaurant is worth spending the money as it is an experience in so many ways.

We took your advice to enjoy the Mediterranean lunch menu, be- saying €15.

La carte specified prices in Kuna (Croatian currency), contained indeed three menus including one 119 what according to our calculations would have given a little less than €15 by menu. We therefore inside to order this menu.

Large was our surprise when the bill when our 119 Kuna by menu changed in addition to 800 Kuna and therefore the total bill past 2000 Kuna (almost €300!). We then discovered that so well all prices on the menu are indicated in kuna, the prices for menus were in Euro, clear tactical misleading in our opinion.

We were very disappointed not including why restaurant, apparently of great prestige, must resort such methods to attract tourists in their hotel. We strongly recommend that you change or correct the opinion on this restaurant in your guide for the next editions because the entrance concerning the menu is not correct, as such menus did not exist.
