AZUR DUBROVNIK
China and the Adriatic meet here, and you only have to taste this "Croasian" fusion once to hope to return.
Near the city walls, on the Buža Bar side, a restaurant where an original fusion of Dalmatian and Asian cuisine takes place. The two Dubrovnik-born brothers have worked their way up from China, which explains why Azur is a Croatian restaurant. Whether you prefer meat, fish or vegetables, the two influences come together. For example, half-cooked tuna with bean sprouts, shrimps with spicy cashew sauce or sautéed with chilli-basil, Thai-style beef and grilled vegetables, homemade bread... Dishes on the slate, fresh products. Reservation recommended.

Azur was a miss for me unfortunately.
The fish and meat dishes appear appealing, but in meaty and fishy Dubrovnik, you have to measure a restaurant by what it offers in top.
