Near the city walls, on the Buža Bar side, a restaurant where an original fusion of Dalmatian and Asian cuisine takes place. The two Dubrovnik-born brothers have worked their way up from China, which explains why Azur is a Croatian restaurant. Whether you prefer meat, fish or vegetables, the two influences come together.
