Since the early 1960s, this family has been opening the doors of their imposing building. Several rooms and apartments of very good quality, all with a balcony or terrace. The furnished apartments have a well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant common areas, with a large terrace overlooking the garden and the outdoor pool, a barbecue area and shops next door. Many steps to climb to get there.

The location of this villa is next to none, right in between the old town and Banje Beach. There are two small supermarkets and a bakery just underneath the villa. As well as a cute ice cream parlour and lazaretti restaurant.
There are a lot of stairs, but it was nothing major and easy to do everyday to go to the beach, don’t be out off by this.
