Frequented by locals, this bar makes its own beer. Young and festive atmosphere in the Gruž district.
Dubrovnik Beer Company is not only the city's first craft brewery, opened in 2017, but it also acts as a cultural centre and aggregation place in the Gruž district. This is because it was set up in the former salt depot just a stone's throw away from TUP, a large factory opened in 1953, which is now shut down and whose premises now house several interesting projects (e.g. the Red History Museum). Of the four beers still on tap, our favourite is the GOA, an IPA inspired by the golden age of Dubrovnik.
